S03:E02: Todd Vinson: Appreciation Motivates People

In this episode on success, I sit down with my long time friend Todd Vinson. Todd and his family founded Willow Springs Boys Ranch over 20 years ago near Chandler Oklahoma. Then six years ago, Todd began roasting coffee in his garage. Today, he’s transitioned the Eôté Coffee Roastery and his passion for helping people closer to downtown Oklahoma City. Even though after 20 years of helping people things look a little different, the mission hasn’t changed. Appreciation motivates people.
